At 716 GLOWco, we want you to love every product you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
📦 Retail Products
Unused, unopened items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
*Products must be in original condition and packaging to qualify.
*Open or used items are not eligible for return due to health and hygiene standards, unless defective.

*Services, memberships, and packages
🧾 Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
Contact us within 3 days of purchase.
We will replace the item or issue store credit once verified.
💳 Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
*Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
🔄 In-Store Exchanges
Exchanges for equal or greater value may be made in-store only, within the return window.
Items purchased online can be exchanged in person with proof of purchase.
